UV printed photo plaques allow an easy way to add a photo to a plaque and is one of the lowest photo options we offer. This method allows for lower quality photos; however, we recommend high resolution photos to give you the best result.

    *Rosettes

    Please choose a rosette to cover your screws. These rosettes are attached using a very small amount of silicone. Even if you do not intend to use the rosettes, you will receive some anyway just in case.

    *Stake Mounts

    Minimum Plaque Height for Stake Mount is 4"

    *Post Mounts

    Minimum Plaque Height for Post Mount is 8"

    Recommended Post Sizes:
    1" (Up to 250 Sq/In)
    1.5" (Up to 45o Sq/In)
    2" (Up to 720 Sq/In)

  • *Text Input

    You can either choose between a paragraph box where you can just type in all of your text or you can choose to enter text by the line. The paragraph text feature does not maintain line breaks, so you may need to explain in the notes below how you want the text laid out.

    Plaque Text

    Attention: The minimum font height is 1/4"   for cast plaques and 1/8" for etched plaques for san-serif fonts. If you are unsure if the amount of text you have will fit in the plaque size you need, please send us an email first so we can verify.

    All plaque orders will receive an email with a proof. You will receive an e-Sign proof from Adobe. Also, you may receive communication by email from Sales@AmericanCBP.com or Graphics@AmericanCastBronzePlaques.com or Sales@AmericanCastBronzePlaques.com

    Please be sure to add these to your email contacts so it does not go to Spam. If you have not received a proof within 48 hours (not including Saturday and Sunday) then please check your Spam, or send us an email.

    *FACSIMILES

    Some customers need plaques faster than they can be produced. If you have a ceremony coming up then we can ship out a facsimile hard proof right away. Also, if you are designing a large and/or complicated plaque, you may want to see a hard proof before production. Facsimiles are digitally printed onto a solid core substrate.

    *Processing Time

    You can read about Process Time in our Buyer's Guide: PROCESS TIME
    We do not recommend you schedule any ceremony or event until you have the plaque in hand.

    Ceremony Date

    Please let us know if you have a ceremonial date. This does not guarantee delivery by that date. Feel free to email us first prior to placing an order to ask if the in hand date is possible.

  • *Cancelling Orders

    If you need to cancel an order the time frame is important to understand.
    Any cancellation and paid with credit card - 3% Fee
    Cancellation after proof process - 10% Fee
    Cancellation after proof is approved and order is in production - 50% Fee
    Cancellation after production is complete but prior to shipping - 100% Fee

    *Credit Card Processing Fees

    We continue to absorb all credit card fees; however, if for some reason a customer places an order and then has to cancel the order the refunded amount will have a 3% fee. This is because the credit card processors no longer return the processing fees for refunded orders and we can not absorb these losses.

  • *Account Creation & Misc

    During checkout in the Billing and Shipping area there will be a spot to choose a username and password. All orders require an account. We do this to prevent bots from placing orders. If you prefer not to have an online account, or if you have any difficulty in placing an order, please send order details to sales@americancastbronzeplauques and we will process the order manually.
