5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use them to keep your cart and login working, to remember your Plaque Designer session, and to run the analytics and advertising tools below. By using the Site you consent to our use of cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some Site features, including the cart and checkout, may not work without them.
Google Analytics 4: tells us how visitors find and use the Site. We have enabled Google Signals, which allows Google to combine Site data with data from signed-in Google users who have turned on Ads Personalization, to provide cross-device reporting and audiences. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Opt out: Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel: measures our Facebook and Instagram advertising and may show you our ads on those platforms. Manage at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Cloudflare: sets security cookies to protect the Site from bots and attacks.
Our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. You can opt out of interest-based advertising across many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep order records, approved proofs, and invoices for as long as needed to honor our lifetime warranty and to meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep design files and uploaded artwork so we can reproduce or match your plaque in the future; you may ask us to delete uploaded photographs or artwork at any time after your order is complete. Quote requests that do not become orders, and AI assistant conversations, are kept for a limited period for follow-up and quality purposes and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s and Meta’s settings.

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
Tell you what personal information we hold about you
Correct information that is inaccurate
Delete your personal information, uploaded photos, or artwork (we may keep records we are legally required to retain)
Stop sending you review requests or other non-essential email
To make a request, email sales@americancastbronzeplaques.com from the address on your order, or call 1 (844) 927-6693. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
