We don’t often get to see our products placed into their permanent home, but every so often we have customers who are willing to share pictures and their story. We appreciate each of these customers who are able to do this for us.
Dedications, memorials, donor recognition and historical markers — cast bronze, cast aluminum and tooled bronze, from a hospital in Colorado to a library in New Hampshire.
In September of 2023, we were contacted by Alissa who was tasked with purchasing a dedication plaque for Dr. George Yurko and his 50 years of service. Alissa had a logo that was not good enough to be used, but were able to work though it and recreate the logo so it can be used on the plaque. Everyone was pleased with the final results.
We were contacted by the Harriet Tubman Center for Freedom and Equity in late 2022 to help them develop a trail with a number of historical marker signs for their project. With a fast approaching ceremony including a visit from New York Governor Kathy Hochul we worked hard to accommodate their timeline. We are proud to be a part of this very special project.

In the California community of Oakhurst, more than 25 years ago it was discovered that there was Uranium in the water at levels that had to be addressed. A man named Roger Forrester was owner of Hillview Water Company in Oakhurst and also President and Chief Water Operator, as he remains to this day. Hillview Water Company was well operated, but not yet operationally complex at the time. But Roger had already begun working diligently toward getting all of the water problems solved for the community of Oakhurst. He was enlisted help support and lots of help from Waterboards, California Public Utility Commission, vendors, engineers, and accountants. Later in the early 2000’s, in the midst of working to get funding for a very sophisticated Uranium treatment process, it was discovered that there also needed to be Arsenic removal treatment. Both of these heavy metals are naturally occurring in granite and are dissolved into the water over time. Through his faith and perseverance, some 25 years later, Hillview commissioned 2 new Water Treatment Facilities for Oakhurst that removed Uranium, Arsenic, Iron and Manganese. Although Roger would bristle at the suggestion that he did anything special, it was an incredible feat to weave through all the red tape, regulatory requirements, revenue demand and vast technical challenges to get these treatment plants planned, designed, funded, constructed, tested and commissioned. An to get it done with about $12 million of the $13 million required, in State Grants and SRF money, is even more amazing. The Oakhurst Community for the first time ever has clean, healthy, fully compliant and good tasting water. Roger is The Man! Although he will tell you it was his faith that did it, it is clear God uses people that will exercise their faith to accomplish great things.
We, the employees of Hillview Water Company, decided it would be a fitting honor and tribute to Roger for his great efforts and accomplishments on behalf of the Oakhurst community to rename the primary Oakhurst treatment plant the “Roger L Forrester Water Treatment Facility”. We chose to memorialize the name at the treatment facility with a bronze plaque. Nobody was disappointed.
Hillview was given great service by American Cast Bronze Plaques and even took advantage of the bronze plaque mock-up, for presentation at Roger’s Birthday/Retirement party to surprise Roger, without giving away the beautiful Bronze Plaque we had already mounted on the facility building. It was a great experience all around and the Bronze Plaque is beautiful in place, the epitome of class. Like Roger!
Davis Frame Company wanted to display their name on a plaque that would be attached to a timber frame pavilion we crafted for the Meredith, NH Rotary club. The location is right in the center of Meredith at Hesky park on the water.

The University of Colorado Hospital wanted to honor their nurses with a sculpture and a dedication plaque. They turned to us to provide that plaque and it is prominently displayed on its base.

The plaque was done for CenterPoint’s Bicentennial celebration in Oct. 2018. It is mounted on a slab of granite next to the front steps entering the church. CenterPoint has a somewhat similar plaque done many years ago, listing the original 18 members of the church from 1818. (this plaque is not mounted anywhere at this time).

This plaque is to honor my dad, who was the coolest, chillest man I’ve ever known. After Hurricane Katrina, he stayed with me and started each morning on my carport with a cup of coffee and ended each evening there, sometimes with a Miller pony. I finally fixed up the side garden in a way that he would have enjoyed, so the plaque seemed right. When we mounted it, we noticed it was crooked but left it that way because that’s exactly what Dad would have done! Family who visit me now have a Miller pony with memories of him in the chill garden.

Wednesday, October 16, was a beautiful fall day for The Sharon Academy to dedicate the “back 80” acres of woods behind the high school to former TSA board member and friend of the school, Jenepher Lingelbach.
Jenepher was an educator, environmentalist and poet. She founded the VINS Environmental Learning for the Future (ELF) program and published two books of poetry. She was remembered by friends from her neighborhood of East Barnard, colleagues from VINS, and by TSA community members.
Jenepher would have wanted you to get out and experience The Lingelbach Woods. Jackson Bradford ’20 and Ben Weatherill ’21 spoke about creating the trails in the high school trails elective. The trails are open to the public and a trail map is located in the kiosk just opposite the plaque at the trail head at the end of the high school parking lot.

These photos highlight the beautiful work you did on the plaque my school ordered. There was a foundation that donated the money to buy a Gaga Pit for our playground. The elementary school wanted to recognize their donation by honoring the foundation with this plaque. The plaque is on the outside of the Gaga Pit so people who use the Pit can read about the donation.

We are very pleased with the plaque we ordered from American Cast Bronze Plaques. The ordering process was very easy to do, I did call in with a few questions which were answered politely and thoroughly. We wanted to have a plaque to recognize a husband and wife from Hillsboro that generously donated money to the Library. We were able to use these funds to add a handicap LIFT and renovate our children’s room and other areas of the building. Our plaque hangs on our main floor right near the front door where people can read and see it.
This Western Redbud tree and commemorative plaque were installed at the entrance to our City’s parks. The honoree was our much beloved Recreation Department director who was offered an early retirement due to Covid-19 staffing forloughs. Dick was on the project team involved in the planning of a tree planting program for this park but, none of which he would have seen before his last day of work. A GoFundMe project allowed his many fans to participate in funding the cost of 2 trees and the plaque, which memorializes his contribution and dedication to our City’s recreation programs.
