Beautiful sign, as advertised, and it came much quicker than anticipated. It was so easy to order the customization.
Never having ordered this type of product before I found myself looking for assistance. I contacted the factory, spoke with Donna and she walked me through the process. Since I represented a 501 3c botanical garden all design approvals had to be run through the board of directors which took a bit of time. Throughout all of this Donna was there patiently giving me help whenever I needed it. After final approval by the board she kept me appraised of where it was in production and shipping. Fantastic customer service. Now when I look back at their web site I realize how simple it is to design a plaque utilizing the provided tools. I think it was my own apprehension that generated my questions. The plaque is beautiful, exactly as I expected. Also the packaging they shipped it in was unique and protected the product from possible damage. If I ever needed another I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. It was a pleasure.
Thank you American Cast Bronze and Donna.
NOTE: the photo was its unveiling at the Williamsburg (VA) Botanical Gardens 20th anniversary. It will be installed on its pole mount in its location shortly.
