How long does it take to get a plaque?
Most cast bronze plaques ship within 4–6 weeks after proof approval. Etched and aluminum plaques can be faster. We’ll give you a firm timeline with your quote.
Do I have to pay before I see a proof?
No. Most projects receive a free proof first, no deposit required. Very large or complex layouts may require a deposit before we generate a detailed proof.
What discounts do you offer?
We offer discounts to qualifying veterans, first responders, government agencies, public schools, religious organizations, non-profits, and low-income individuals. Mention your affiliation when you reach out.
Can I send you my own design?
Absolutely. Send us a sketch, a photo, a layout, or even just an idea. We can also help you design from scratch using our American Plaque Designer™ tool.
