Plaque Discounts for Nonprofits, Schools, Government, First Responders & Military
Most of our plaques are ordered by organizations and by the people who serve them. We offer a standing discount to each group below — no coupon code, no paperwork. Tell us who you are when you request a quote and the discount is applied to your written quote.
One discount per order; if you qualify for more than one, we apply the larger. The discount comes off the plaque price on your quote.
15% — Military & Veterans
Active duty, reserve, National Guard, veterans and their immediate families. As a veteran-owned company, this is the one we are proudest to offer.
10% — Nonprofits
501(c)(3) organizations, foundations, charities, civic groups and associations.
10% — Public Schools
Public K–12 schools and districts, public colleges and universities, PTAs and booster clubs.
10% — Religious Organizations
Churches, parishes, synagogues, mosques, temples and other houses of worship.
10% — Government Agencies
Federal, state, county and municipal agencies, departments and public works. Purchase orders accepted.
10% — First Responders
Police, fire, EMS and their departments, unions and benevolent associations.

How to get your discount

Tell us which group you belong to
Mention it in the message box when you request a quote, or email sales@americancastbronzeplaques.com before you order. That is all it takes — we trust you.

We apply it to your written quote
The discount is taken off the plaque price and the quote shows your final figure. Written quotes are valid for 60 days.

Approve the proof and we cast your plaque
Every custom plaque still gets a free design proof before anything is made, shipped free in the lower 48.
Discounts cannot be combined with each other or with other offers. No sales tax is charged on any order.

Buying for a school, agency or municipality?

Discount questions
Do I need to prove I qualify for a discount?
No. We run our discount program on the honor system. Tell us which group you belong to when you request a quote or email us, and the discount is applied to your written quote. We do not ask veterans or organizations to upload documents.
How do I get the discount on my order?
Request a quote and note your group in the message, or email sales@americancastbronzeplaques.com before you order. The discount is taken off the plaque price on your written quote, and that quoted price is what you pay.
Can discounts be combined?
No. One discount per order. If you qualify for more than one, we apply the larger one.
Does the military discount apply to veterans and families?
Yes. The 15% military discount covers active duty, reserve, National Guard, veterans and their immediate families.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. We accept purchase orders from government agencies and schools, and the discount is reflected on the quote your PO references. We are an SBA-certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) registered in SAM.gov (UEI ULKHHNYPPJR9, CAGE 9X1T2).
Is there a discount for monument companies, funeral homes or sign dealers?
These are the only discounts we currently publish. Trade and reseller inquiries are welcome by email.
