Dimensional metal letters and logos give a building, lobby, or monument a permanent, professional identity. We offer five styles, each with its own materials, sizes, and mounting systems.
Molten bronze or aluminum is poured into custom molds that form solid faces and hollow backs, creating three-dimensional letters with authentic foundry character. Ideal for monuments, building identification, and wayfinding. Optional halo lighting adds a dramatic glow for exteriors or lobbies.
Fonts: custom fonts or vector art, plus standard cast styles such as Arial, Helvetica, and Times New Roman (flat face) and Architectural and Trajan Bold (prismatic). Lowercase letters are 90% of the uppercase price; punctuation is 33%.

Every cast letter order includes mounting hardware and an installation pattern. Additional charges may apply for some mounting systems and finished backs.
Letters and logos are laser cut, CNC machined, or waterjet cut from solid metal sheet, so intricate artwork and custom typography reproduce precisely. Finishes range from hand-polished sheens to weathered patinas.
Pricing notes: lowercase letters are 75% of the uppercase price; small punctuation is 33%. Logos under 10″ × 10″ can be priced as a letter by their largest dimension.
Edges: chamfered (min. 3/8″ thick) and eased (min. 1/4″ thick) edges are premium upgrades for aluminum, bronze, brass, and copper letters 6″–30″ tall.

Cor-Ten steel ships in its natural silver state and forms a protective rust patina outdoors over time, with no paint or clear coat. Each installation weathers uniquely. Cor-Ten can stain surrounding surfaces, so avoid porous or stainable materials. Where to use: aluminum and stainless steel excel outdoors; brass, bronze, and copper suit interior or covered settings; Cor-Ten is outdoor only.
Built from stainless steel or aluminum components that are cut, bent, and welded or soldered into three-dimensional forms. Fabrication allows greater depth and optional UL-certified LED illumination (halo, face-lit, or edge-lit).
Finishes: brushed or polished metal, custom paint, translucent vinyl for lit faces, satin or mirror titanium coatings, and contrasting face/return combinations. Lowercase letters are 90% of the uppercase price; punctuation is 33%.

Yes. Every style can be made from your vector artwork or custom fonts. Flat cut letters also offer over 90 standard typefaces.
Flat cut up to 95″, cast up to 64″, fabricated over 100″, mini flat cut up to 3″, and blade signs up to 46″. The smallest letters start at 1/2″.
From 1/8″ up to 6″ depending on the style. Fabricated letters are the deepest (up to 6″); mini flat cut letters are as slim as 1/8″.
Most are. Aluminum, stainless steel, and bronze perform very well outdoors and Cor-Ten is outdoor only. Brass, copper, and mini letters are best for interior or covered locations.
Yes. Fabricated letters can include UL-certified LED halo, face-lit, or edge-lit illumination, and cast letters offer optional halo lighting. Blade signs are non-illuminated.
Stud mounts, rail mounts, angle brackets, top/bottom stud systems, welded studs, thru-hole, and double-face tape. Each style has mounting options matched to its material and thickness.
Blade signs mount perpendicular to a wall or pole so they are visible to foot and street traffic. They can be single- or double-sided and are ideal for storefronts.
