Most people who order the Arbor Grande 2-line plaque do it for the street name. The number alone gets you found by neighbors. Adding the street gets you found by the substitute mail carrier and the pizza driver. This version puts up to five characters at 3 inches on the top line and up to 17 characters at 1.25 inches underneath, inside the same decorative Arbor border as the one-line sign.
Where it reads best
With 3-inch numbers, this is a sign for a yard where the road is fairly close. On a long setback, the Arbor Extra Grande’s taller text would serve better than the Arbor Grande 2-line plaque. Place it near the walk or driveway entrance, facing the direction traffic comes from, and the lower line stays readable from the sidewalk.
Material and finish on the Arbor Grande 2-line plaque
The sign is cast in the USA from recycled aluminum, which won’t rust. It is then coated with an all-weather protective finish, and that finish carries a five-year warranty. You can choose Forged Copper, Black/Gold, Bronze Verdigris, or Bronze/Gold. The photo shows gold lettering on a dark background, reading 8216 Plumridge Lane.
Before you click order
Your text is cast into the aluminum, so it’s permanent. That’s the appeal, but it also means a typo is permanent. Read both lines back slowly, and check that the street spelling matches your mail. Personalized orders like the Arbor Grande 2-line plaque can’t be modified, cancelled, or returned after they’re placed.
The one-line Arbor Grande, the Coquille, and the Federal designs are grouped together in the Signature Collection. If you’d rather see every staked style on one page, start with the full list of lawn address plaques.
