Some addresses need the street name as much as the number, especially on roads where two streets share a stretch of houses. The Leroux Extra Grande 2-line plaque handles that with a large number line on top and a long street line underneath, all inside the ornate Leroux border. It’s the largest two-line sign in the Signature Collection.
How the two lines on a Leroux Extra Grande 2-line plaque are laid out
The first line holds up to five characters at 5.5 inches tall. The second line holds up to 18 characters at 1.5 inches, which is enough for Bellevue Avenue spelled out in full. Both lines are cast in raised relief as part of the plaque, so the text is as durable as the sign itself.
Cast aluminum with a protected finish
Each Leroux Extra Grande 2-line plaque is cast in the USA from recycled aluminum. Aluminum doesn’t rust, which matters for a sign that lives outdoors through New England winters. The all-weather protective coating is backed by a five-year warranty and comes in Forged Copper, Black/Gold, Bronze Verdigris or Bronze/Gold. Bronze/Gold, as pictured, is the traditional look; Forged Copper is the one to pick if you want something warmer and less formal.
Before you order
Count your characters, including spaces, against the five and 18 limits. Then check spelling, because the Leroux Extra Grande 2-line plaque is cast to your text and can’t be modified, cancelled or returned once the order is placed. If a street name won’t fit, a standard abbreviation such as Ave or Rd will.
The one-line Leroux Extra Grande is the same casting without the street line. For other styles that fit a larger lot, the lawn address plaques category shows every yard sign we offer, and the personalized plaques page covers pieces with custom wording beyond an address.
