Not every two-line sign leaves room for a long street name, but the Leroux Grande 2-line wall plaque does. Line one carries up to five characters at 3 inches, and line two carries up to 18 characters at 1.25 inches. The ornate Leroux border wraps both lines, giving a standard-size wall plaque a good deal of character.
Recycled aluminum and a five-year warranty
The plaque is cast in the USA from recycled aluminum and will not rust. Both lines are cast into the surface along with the border, so the lettering is permanent. An all-weather protective coating seals the casting and is backed by a five-year warranty. The result is a sign you hang once and mostly forget about.
Colors on the Leroux Grande 2-line wall plaque
Finishes are Forged Copper, Black/Gold, Bronze Verdigris, and Bronze/Gold. The photo shows “1953 Cascade Avenue” with decorative borders in gold and black. Black/Gold gives the 1.25-inch second line the best chance of being read from the sidewalk. The copper and bronze options are softer and suit a plaque placed closer to the door.
Spelling out the street
With 18 characters on line two, “Cascade Avenue” fits with room to spare. Spaces and punctuation count toward the total. Keep the number on line one, since that’s the taller line. If you’d rather skip the street name, the Leroux Grande 1-line version gives you 4-inch numbers instead. Check both lines for typos before you order, because the Leroux Grande 2-line wall plaque is cast to your entry and can’t be changed or returned.
The Leroux Extra Grande 2-line is the larger version, with a 5.5-inch number line. You’ll find both sizes with the other patterns under Signature Collection, and the full list of designs that mount to the house is under wall-mounted address plaques, with the Leroux Grande 2-line wall plaque among the most detailed.
