Standard size, full address, family initial on top: that’s the Monogram two-line standard lawn plaque. It’s the Monogram for a typical lot where the sign sits near the sidewalk and needs to show the street name as well as the number. The sample in the photo reads 1207 Third Street under a monogram and decorative scrollwork.
Three personalization slots
First comes a single initial on the Monogram two-line standard lawn plaque. Then two lines follow, and each can carry either up to five numbers at 3 inches tall or up to 12 characters at 1.25 inches. Most people put the number on line one and the street on line two, but the sign doesn’t care which order you use. The text is cast into the aluminum, not applied on top.
Colors for the Monogram two-line standard lawn plaque
Fifteen combinations are available: Antique Brass, Antique Copper, Black/Gold, Black/Silver, Black/White, Blue/Gold, Blue/Silver, Bronze Verdigris, Bronze/Gold, Green/Gold, Oil Rubbed Bronze, Pewter/Silver, Red/Gold, White/Black and White/Gold. If the sign will be read mainly from the sidewalk, any of them works; for a view from the street, favor the higher-contrast pairs.
Cast in the USA from recycled aluminum
Like every Monogram two-line standard lawn plaque, this one is cast from recycled aluminum, so rust is never an issue. The all-weather protective coating is covered by a five-year warranty. Also, because the lettering is part of the casting, there is nothing to loosen or fall off over the years.
Check the initial, the number and the street spelling before you place the order; personalized signs can’t be modified, cancelled or returned. For a deeper lot, the estate Monogram offers taller text. All of the yard styles are grouped under lawn address plaques, and the wall-mounted address plaques cover the house-mounted versions.
