You may already have the spot picked out: a corner of the garden, the edge of a path, the base of a favorite tree. The Wilmington Living Eternally lawn plaque is made to stand there. “Living Eternally” is cast into the design, and two lines wait for a name and the years that belong to it.

Personalizing the Wilmington Living Eternally lawn plaque

Line one holds up to 17 characters. Line two holds up to 14. Both are cast in letters 1.5 inches tall, so the name is readable from the path without stooping. In the photo, the lines read “Virginia Rose Grant” and “1918 – 2003,” a layout most families follow. The letters are part of the casting and will never peel.

Aluminum, coating, color

Cast in the USA from recycled aluminum, the Wilmington Living Eternally lawn plaque will not rust. Its all-weather coating carries a five-year warranty. The five color choices are Antique Copper, Black/Gold, Green/Gold, Dark Bronze/Gold, and Pewter/Silver. The bronze-toned finish in the photo is a common pick for memorials, but Green/Gold also sits quietly among plantings.

Before placing the order

Personalized pieces can’t be modified, cancelled, or returned once the order is placed. So please proofread the name and both years, and ask another family member to do the same. It’s a small step, but it’s the one that matters most. If you’re unsure how a nickname or a middle initial should read, settle that before you add the piece to your cart. The casting will follow your text exactly as typed.

If a wall location suits you better, the Wilmington Living Eternally lawn plaque has a matching wall version among our personalized plaques. When the occasion calls for solid cast bronze, such as a cemetery marker, our memorial bronze plaques are built for it.
